Clinic Operations Supervisor San Bernardino County $55,848.00 ‐ $76,793.60 Annually Arrowhead Regional Medical Center (ARMC) is recruiting for Clinic Operations Supervisors who manage and coordinate the overall operations at one of the three (3) off‐site Family Health Centers. Positions supervise, evaluate work performance, hire and handle disciplinary actions; oversee the daily activities of the family health center; assist in developing Patient Centered Medical Home and Chronic Care Model concepts and implementation; utilize quality improvements initiatives and models to improve patient outcomes and health goals; ensure that all licensing and accreditation standards are met; prepare and monitor monthly operating financial reports and serve as a liaison between the Family Health Center and other ARMC and County departments. Experience: Two (2) years of experience in an outpatient clinical or healthcare organization setting primarily performing one (1) or more of the following: budget/financial analysis, organizational analysis, patient quality improvement, policies and procedures or compliance with licensing and accrediting standards.
