Marketing Internship:

Under the Marketing and Web Manager, the Marketing Intern will be responsible for assisting the organization in the development and implementation of its marketing and public relations plans. This will be accomplished through developing, maintaining and expanding marketing channels/methodologies to the professional community, industry, and the public at large.

Duties:

  • Assist with advertising and marketing promotional activities including social media, mobile, mail, e-mail, web, telemarketing, and print.
  • Help with design of marketing collateral.
  • Draft content for email, blogs, website and social media.
  • Perform research into our industry and provide actionable tips and advice for expanding our reach in the digital space.
  • Engage with marketing manager on a regular basis to brainstorm ideas for new and innovative marketing and social media campaigns.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Familiarity with social media strategies and platforms
  • Ability to multi-task and take initiative
  • Experience with content creation

Familiarity with Adobe InDesign or Photoshop is a plus

We are looking for a graphic design intern that can work on projects as needed for the firm. Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator (and any other program you can utilize) will be needed. Ideally, the intern would be creating marketing materials such as:

  • Recruitment Flyers
  • Recruiting presentations
  • Marketing materials
  • Blog graphics
  • Real Estate Content (coming soon, open house, advertisements) 
  • Social Media graphics
  • Logos, letterheads, templates, etc.

Knowledge in video work would be a bonus. Looking for a motivated individual that can use a boost in their portfolio to show work they have done for a real business. Opportunity to work from home or at the office. Previous interns at the office have worked into full time positions. We are a fast growing firm, there is lots of opportunities for someone that can prove the value of their work.
